Better than expected
As we were new to Pets Best and our dog was visiting a new Vet Clinic since we had just moved. It took a little while to get all our records from our previous Vet. But, once we received the previous Vet information. It seemed like our claim was reviewed in a timely manner and quickly processed. As of right now I'm quite pleased with Pets Best insurance for my two dogs.

The vet helpline was excellent. They answered questions and gave excellent advice. Nationwide then processed the claim with no problems.
