Need better communications
I felt like I had to fight for information re: my claim. With so much access to tech i.e. email, apps, and messaging I should have had more personalized communications than what I received.

Reliable & Stress Free Coverage
We've had Nationwide Pet Insurance (formerly VPI) for almost 5 years now for our cat. She has had a few minor medical issues that have involved seeing a specialist, as well as a couple of follow up visits with her regular vet. Our insurance coverage has been great. Easy to make claims and submit documentation online, and payments/reimbursements have been made to us very quickly. Checking our online account is quick and easy, and one time when I did call customer service with a question, they were very helpful.

I didn't expect this to be so seamless
I honestly didn't expect that submitting claims and receiving payments for my dog would be so easy. My puppy has had several unexpected vet visits (and expenses), and I've not had a problem with any of my claims. I appreciate how seamless the process has been, from submitting claims online to receiving payments and directly depositing into my bank account.

Good care
I have a few issues with Ferdinand and brought him to my vet they did all necessary tests and my baby boy is wonderful. I was fully reimbursed, it took some time but nation wide came through. Couldn’t be happier, and my puppy is great

Recommend Embrace Without Question
Filing a claim, cannot be any easier. My Vet E-mails the bill to me, that shows the procedure(s) done and the charge(s). I then e-mail them to the Embrace claims area and two weeks later I have what is covered and what is not covered. I researched very carefully, which Pet Insurance to buy before I got my Golden Retriever and it was very clear that Embrace came out on top.

Easier than I could have ever dreamt!
Submitting my first claim was easier than I could have ever dreamt! I simply uploaded a picture of the itemized receipt, then I was paid via direct deposit less than two weeks later. I am definitely a fan.
