Great but could be faster
Submitting a claim is easy through the vitus vet app. I wish the claim processing speed was a bit faster. Once processed accepting reimbursement is quick and easy!

What a relief!
When we discovered a lump (turned out to be a cyst) on Bree's neck area, we were concerned about what it could be. But what a comfort it was to know that Nationwide was going to help us financially no matter what was going on. What we didn't know going in was how quick and seamless the claim and reimbursement process would be. I would (and do) recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to family and friends with pets, to help with unexpected expenses and focus on helping our furry friends get better.
