No Worries, Ever
We put our rescued Pup Cooper, a 8 wk old St. Bernard on Embrace Pet and Wellness plans. Cooper is now 10 months, about 158 lbs and thriving. We have only had the regular vet visits and everything needed was covered completely. Take a good look at the Wellness program, it really is worth reading. Lots of little things you would normally not consider are covered. Like grooming and nail trimming, flea and tick prevention, micro chipping, nutritional supplements, OFA testing, training and lots more. Take your time and review all the top rated companies. Embrace really excelled in follow up emails, explanations, etc. They work directly with my Vet and route me any information I need. I really like the not having to worry about Cooper needing care of any kind. Giant breeds need great care, and Embrace takes the worry out of what is covered to meet any needs, current or future. Ease of Claims Processing
The company is incredible with the ease of processing claims. You can start a claim via the mobile app or online. It’s very intuitive and the processing usually takes about a week (business days). Full receipts with detailed information can be found in an email with an attached pdf. They actually reimbursed me more than what I thought they were going to which was really nice to see!

Peace of Mind and Easy to Use
This service has been incredibly easy to use! Once I got the app all set up it takes me less than a minute to file a claim and the turnaround time for a claim is impressively short for dealing with insurance. Knowing that I have responsive insurance for a pup that likes to eat everything has given me so much peace of mind.

Great benefits and people!
I love the ease of submitting a claim via the VitusVet app. It allows me to enter all info in the app, take a picture of my invoice or receipt, then send it in! That's it! I then receive email confirmation that it was received and wait for my reimbursement direct deposit. Having this insurance let's us breathe a little easier whenever there's a medical issue with our dog, Waggles. Everyone is always friendly when we call for assistance and usually* the process is seamless and effortless. *Unfortunately, on more than one occasion, we have been advised from Nationwide that we haven't submitted the necessary information for our claim or that it's missing certain information, when it actually isn't. This causes a delay in the processing of our claim and ultimately our reimbursement. I only mention this because it hasn't been an isolated incident. It has happened quite a few times where I have had to fax in information that was already submitted in my original claim. Not sure why this happens, but it's my only *complaint* for Nationwide.

Pets+Us takes the stress away of having 3 active Labradors
Always there for our boys when those unexpected emergencies happen or it is discovered that two of our boys boys (4 and 5) developed genetic blindness. Whenever we have a question it is answered promptly or they find the answers. Claims are processed so promptly within 2 weeks sometimes sooner. If ever a delay they will advise accordingly. Love the fact that they will work with a vet should your vet bill be over $1000.00 and it helps having a preauthorized plan sent in. Monthly premiums are reasonable and services are perfect for our family. Lucca, Gryffin and Sammy send lots of woofs of love to Pets+Us and say thank you for all you do.

Accident prone bulldog
Nationwide has been great with every claim. Moxie seems to be a very accident prone dog- either that or she is trying to pad our veterinarian’s retirement fund. Claims are paid in a timely manner and have covered almost every trouble she seems to find herself in.

Thank Heavens for ASPCA Pet Insurance
Our sweet rescue, Simba, has suffered from chronic stomache issues since we adopted him. A friend of ours from our local dogpark told me about her experience with ASPCA and her dog, Goldie. She had only good things to say about them....good coverage at a reasonable price. Knowing our pup was going to be visiting the Dr often, I decided to enroll him in the illness coverage plan. Thank goodness we did. No matter how many episodes this poor dog goes through, ASPCA covers a good portion of his bills. The bill submission couldn't be easier and you can track the refund process on line. When I need to speak to someone, customer service is wonderful. We also receive calls occasionally inquiring about Simba's health after a particularly bad attack. What more could you ask for? Perhaps a free Milkbone in the mail a la 1-800- Pet Meds?? Just joking! Seriously - These guys are the best...I recommend them to everyone who asks me about pet insurance.
