I've told all my dog friends

I used to have Nationwide insurance on my dog Isabella. The service and turnaround time were absolutely horrible so I switched to Pets Best. Your service is SO MUCH BETTER; easier to understand, the phone app is a joy to work with, the turnaround time to process my claim was wonderful. I've told all my dog friends about Pets Best. Paid the majority of a major expense

Brooklyn ate foxtails. Got them caught in her tonsils and embedded in the roof of her mouth. She had to have surgery to remove them. Pets Best Insurance paid for the majority of this major expense.

Always very easy to file claims

Always very easy to file claims. Due to a large volume of claims, I was contacted by email with an apology that the claim process was taking longer than normal but then was contacted with explanation of claim paid a day or two later.

Helpful, Understanding and Caring

My pup had an accident at a dog park and had to undergo surgery on his knee. He is still healing. Every person I’ve talked to at ASPCA has been very caring and helpful. They always ask how he’s doing and really do care about his welfare. It’s a far and pleasant cry from most companies I do business with. It gives me a feeling of security for me and my sweet puppy.

No hassle pet insurance

I have never had any issues with aspca insurance. I submit my claim and I receive a check within one month no questions asked. I highly recommend this insurance company and I tell all our clients if they ask , I also work at a veterinary hospital.
