By far, the easiest and quickest service I've ever received. It was very easy and simple to submit my claim. I was kept up-to-date with my claim status and before I knew it, Nationwide had transferred me some money. Awesome service.

We elected Pets Best because it was under Union Plus. I have to say I am very happy with the service I received when my dog had an emergency. I filed the claim on line and the claim was paid within 10 days. Thank you!!

Thankful for the support during a scary time.
You purchase insurance hoping to never need to use it but when you do, you are so grateful it's there. My 3 year old baby went from a small cough to lethargic and very ill almost overnight. I rushed her in only to find she had pneumonia and needed hospitalization. I am so graetful for the good medical care and that she is now on the mend. She's not quite herself but on the road to being. I had so much worry for her and not once did I have to worry about the insurance coverage. Nationwide had already proven themselves to be easy and appropriate in my past dealings. It was nice focusing on my pup instead of coverage being a concern.

VPI Pet Insurance (Nationwide) is great to have. When I need to get advice, I can call and get the support I need. I called a few months back about of all things, my dog ate a chocolate bar that he retrieved out of my purse. VPI was there and walked me through what I needed to watch for. I file a claim and they take it from there. Yes, over time the rates have gone up just as it does for all of us as we get older, but it is well worth the money and to have these great people available 24/7 is awesome! Thank You, Thank You from not only me, but Maxwell and Hines as well!!!

I did a LOT of shopping around, and Nationwide's pet insurance is by far the best for the coverage I need. The claims process is easy and your reimbursement is deposited right in your account via Chase (or is it Zelle?). It was a hard lesson finding out how much pet insurance is necessary—and I'm glad I found the right one for me. Emergencies and surgeries are no longer death sentences or a harbinger of gross debt. They got my back :)
