Amazing!!!
After reading mixed reviews on this policy, I was nervous about the insurance not paying for my puppy injured leg. But I read the policy and I had hope they would. And as expected, they paid it all after my deductible and it was fast process. I don’t know why the negative reviews. The customer service are super amazing and they actually care and the process is super easy and fast. Just read the policy to know what you are covered before writing a negative review. I would continue with Pets Best. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Thank you for saving our best friend
Our boy Kennedy recently became very sick with pneumonia and secondary gastrointestinal issues. After two days of inpatient care, we were told he would need to be placed on ICU at a pet hospital if we were serious about saving him. The costs of the ICU would have been financially devastating, but we knew we had to help our little man recover and we knew Nationwide Pet Insurance had our back. Thank you for allowing us to make the decision to get the care Kennedy needed, instead of the difficult choice so many pet owners have to make. We can’t recommend Nationwide enough!

Old Claim Neglected
A claim from the date 12/11/2018 (for Bonnie, C-2258255) required follow-up documentation from our vet, which has long since been supplied (at least once for sure, perhaps twice) but the claim has not been revisited based on that information. It currently is listed as 'settled.'

Long waiting time to process a claim
Long waiting time of claim process and also once the claim was processed the fund for this diagnosis or problem has reached the maximum and no money left but the pet’s problem was has not cured yet. What is this insurance for?

Nationwide keeps Gus healthy and happy!
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance since we brought Gus home from the breeder. They are so easy to work with and always follow up on my claims to see how Gus is doing. Would highly recommend them!

Making treatment decisions based on need not finances!
Years ago I decided that I didn't want to have to base my choice of life saving treatment or care in general, on my ability to pay for it. Thank goodness I haven't needed to make that decision, but if I need too, I'll do it without feelings of guilt. Nationwide has pasted all my claims without question.

A Great Experience
Healthy Paws was there for every step leading up to and after our dog's surgery. They were helpful in explaining our benefits and prompt in paying the claims. Their follow-up to see how Bella is was a very welcome surprise. I've dealt with insurance companies my whole life, medical, auto, etc., and have never experienced this kind of customer service. It was wonderful.
