My girls were saved by healthypaws THANKS & blessings
I am so thankful that I chose Healthy paws for my dogs Annya and Belen. Never wanted something bad happen but it did. Sadly the young one was diagnose with chronic liver diseases, and since then so many bills so much pain trying to save her. She wa suffering and now seems that she is better. HEALTHY PAWS has being there, prompt fast, with the claims, supportive, am wordless they save my girls life, my life too. She is not out of the woods, but we are trying. E celle t customer services. STRONGLY recommended, and I tell at the dog pars and friends about HP. 100 stars for them.

Fabulous Service with Great Benefits
I am very impressed with the level of service and coverage we have received on our labradoodle who seems to have to be at the vet every week. Claims get paid immediately and a check for a good percentage gets sent within the week. Constant updates are provided about the status. Excellent coverage for my 2 year old doodle. I always recommend on social media to all dog groups. I’ve used them for all of my dogs.

Best decision I’ve made
I’ve had healthy paws insurance for my dog since I adopted her two years ago. This was one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made concerning my dog. She started having issues that were similar to lymes disease but she wasn’t responding to the usual medication. A month and a half later and many thousands of dollars we now believe she has lupus. Healthy paws has been with me every step of the way and has not once questioned a claim I’ve submitted. I can’t say enough good things about them, they’ve prevented me from having to make an incredibly difficult decision between what’s best for my girl and what I can afford.

Amazing as always
Amazing as always. Poor Bella got sick and needed to see the vet immediately. An hour later she is on the road to recovery and our bank account in $450 lighter. But we were smart enough to purchase health insurance from Pets Best the day we brought her home. The vet knows to give us an itemized receipt and along with the proof of payment we sent a scan of everything via email in to Pets Best. POOF! Immediately get a response, it's being processed and within a week my Bank Account regained 80% of the $ weight it recently lost. Doesn't get easier than this. If only our own health care coverage processes were so simple.

Positive first claim experience
After my baby had to use the ER for stitches due to a dog bite/attack I saw the bill to her visit and was already stressed and overwhelmed by how much the procedure and her stay was. I was rest assured that after I submitted my claim (which was as simple as uploading an invoice and giving the reasoning why) that I was going see 90% of my bill reimbursed after the 250$ deductible. The process was easy and when I had additional questions the customer service rep was more than helpful in understand my claim. The processing time for the claim took a little under 5-10 business days and the claim came a few days after in a direct deposit. This is the most positive first claim I could of had from any insurance company. Thank you pets best for providing me and my baby with so much support and care in our time of need.
