Trupanion is truly wonderful to work with!

In the couple of years I've worked with Trupanion, I've only had great experiences. Each time I've called, I've always gotten through very quickly. All the customer service representatives have been extremely polite, helpful, and caring. They ask how my cat is doing and to give them a hug. Makes me smile. It's so easy to file a claim! I always get a quick response via email that the claim has been received as well as the final outcome of the claim. I really appreciate working with such a great company, my cats are like my kids and it's clear that those who work for Trupanion appreciate that special human/pet bond. Thank you!

Solid Pet Insurance Company

I have three dogs, ages five thru 15. ASPCA is a good solid company and I will continue to keep my “pups” insured thru them. Their agents are very personable and eager to help. Filed claims however can take two to three weeks to get processed...

Duncan's mom loves Nationwide

Experience is worth the money

We've had a good experience submitting claims (super easy) and getting reimbursed for our dog's (Odin) care. I've also had to call in once and the rep was super helpful in that he was able to help without escalation. He also seemed to genuinely care about our experience and it made me quite happy that Nationwide provides our insurance.
