Easy, convenient service with great coverage

Our golden, Duke, has had a very healthy life. He recently was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. I purchased health insurance for him when he was little because I never wanted to have to decide between the best care or his life in a serious situation. Embrace covered all his costs and we were responsible for our portion + his deductible, saving us approximately $3,500. It was such a relief! I put the claims in and they were approved and paid within 3 weeks of service. We recommend Embrace to all our family and friends, most of whom have switched their pet insurance or purchased it for the first time because of the good experience we have had! Thank you!

Fast and easy reimbursements!

We had to take Quinn, ( our year old puppy ) to the Vets after he ate something outside and got sick. We gave them out Nationwide info and the Vet sent in the paperwork. We got reimbursed within 2 weeks. We are so glad we decided to get pet insurance and go with Nationwide. Highly recommended!

Awesome claims service!

My 3 yr old dog Laila needed knee surgery (yes dogs have knees) and the claim couldn't have gone better. I had the surgery pre-authorized, so the claim was paid in about a week. The follow-up appt claim was submitted on a Saturday and paid THAT DAY. The customer service people have always been friendly and helpful. It's so nice to not have to hound an insurance company for once. I'm a very happy customer.

quick, painless, and generous

i am so incredibly grateful to have nationwide as the pet insurance provider for my 12 year old dog. it makes difficult times with a pet's health issues slightly less painful, at least on the financial side. nationwide has been quick in processing my claims and have stuck to their promise of reimbursing the 90% without giving me a hard time.
