Great and quick responses
I am so pleased with this insurance policy. I have been answered quickly and receive checks in a timely manner. I also feel like I am reimbursed a very fair amount.

Quick, Easy, Painless!
My most recent visit was to get medication for my rottie. The meds set me back a few hundred dollars. However once I got to my car I opened up the app, took a picture of my receipt, and easily submitted my claim. That was all there was to it! My funds were directly deposited back into my bank account in less than 3 wks. Quick, Easy, and Painless.

Glad we did it!
I have always been happy with your service but your timeliness in processing claims needs to approve. Also if you need something that is missing to process a claim you should reach out to your customers and not via postal mail because that further delays payment while we wait for your letter. Nowadays we can scan/email information over quickly.

Best Pet Insurance in the world!
Lady is 8 months old and fractured her knee. We got her at 4 months and Healthy Paws was recommended to us. We didn’t even know there was pet insurance companies out there. We almost did not buy a policy. But for only $36 per month we decided to go ahead and sign up with Healthy Paws and it was the best decision I ever made. Her surgery and care came to 4K and Healthy Paws covered 90% according to the policy we purchased. But here is the most amassing part; their communication with me was unbelievable. Every question I had was answered over the phone or email. Their response time was next day by email and they actually answered the phone when I called. I have told all our friends and co-workers who have pets about Healthy Paws Insurance. One more thing. The people who answer the phones are sympathetic and understanding. They realize your pet is family.

Horrible experience
Happy to take your money, delay on claims with no communication. After weeks of waiting stated that my pet’s exam done by my former step-father who is a vet, so my policy is invalid. My dog was acquired after my mom was deceased. I am by law, not related to my former step-dad. My claims were for the maximum annual payout of 10K. Now, my dog developed autoimmune hemolytic anemia. The purpose of having such a policy would be if a relative veterinarian was concealing a chronic condition. However, IMHA, my dog’s autoimmune disorder was not such that could be concealed for months on end. It is a rapid onset life threatening illness. So of course, Embrace acted with absolute callousness and looked for small technicialities to skate their contract. Yes, I paid 23K in veterinary expenses to save my dog and just wanted reimbursement for the 10K. Was assured during signup that 10K was the max annual limit and not even given an option of more coverage.....well that was bad communication also - turns out they had 20K. So in a perfect world, I would have had 20K coverage and Embrace would not be skating the deal. I am leaving Embrace with my 5 pets and of course sharing my story. Since I come in contact with over 35 dog owners a week, you can be assured I will not recommend this company to anyone. I actually get about 2-3 new pet parents to sign up for insurance per week.... guess that 10K loss potential will come fast Embrace. We had one other claim with a Corgi pup who ate a rock, super straight forward case and again, they took 2 extra weeks to reimburse for absolutely no reason. Don’t let the nice people on the phone fool you - that is not how it goes when getting paid back from Embrace. Horrible company -horrible ethics - scheisters!
