Fast and reliable and nice customer service.

I initially submitted my claim through the website but the attachment didn’t go through to Nationwide for some reason. So I called and they were very easy to work with and offered overall great customer service. I had to call a couple times for some follow up questions and each time I had really nice and patient people helping me out. Once I completed the claim process, it was super easy and fast.

Awesome

Best financial decision that you can make!

Nationwide has been the best insurance decision that I've made in a long time! My older corgi went through a long list of extensive (and expensive!) testing towards the end of her life and Nationwide was there to pickup the tab when I needed help the most. After we lost her, Nationwide sent a condolence letter and made the entire process so smooth. It was a no brainer to purchase a policy for our new puppy when we got her a few months ago. She was recently treated for eating a foreign object and guess what? Nationwide followed up with me to see how she was doing! Their customer service is the best! And let's not forget about the claim submission process. It's so simple and easy! Thank you, Nationwide, for filling a gap where most people don't know that they need it.

Great service and coverage

I love Nationwide and would not choose any other insurance provider for my dog. Their services are very easy to use and they cover everything I need them to. My only complaint is that sometime it takes a while for claims to process, but ultimately, I am very happy once they go through.

One of the Best Investments We've Made

We are so pleased with the insurance plan we have for Bear. The Wellness Plan is a huge help with Vet Bills for vaccinations, prevention meds, and any other situation that comes up. It has more than paid for itself every year we have had this policy. Submitting claims is easy and we feel we are able to provide our fur baby with the care that he needs to keep him healthy and happy. We have recommended this policy to all of our friends with pets.
