Nationwide to the rescue
Nationwide processed my claim and sent funds quickly. Knowing that Nationwide has Jethro covered, Jethro's vet and I can make care decisions based on Jethro's needs - not my wallet. He's my bud, and i'm grateful be his hooman.

Amazing Customer Service
Nationwide is amazing with their customer service. The ease of submitting the claim, the quick turnaround to receive your money makes having the insurance a must. If I have a question it is answered and if there is an illness involved they calm and sincere sympathy is felt and appreciated.

Best pet insurance ever!
I have ASPCA coverage for both my dogs and am very grateful that I do. I ease of submission of claims, the acknowledgement from the company that they have it and working on it is all so reassuring. I have found the coverage to be the most generous of any insurance I have checked out and know that in catastrophic circumstances ASPCA has my back.

Very Easy!!
Been extremely happy with my pet Insurance. So easy to make a claim. After a vet visit I just enter all my info online. Usually within a couple weeks I have my insurance check. I wish my own insurance was this easy!

I will only ever insure my pets through Nationwide.
Nationwide is by far the best insurance company for pets. They seem to be the only company that understands that pets are not just pets, they are family. Excellent customer service with speedy resolution of claims. My wife and I have used other companies for our pet insurance, but never again will we look beyond Nationwide. Hands down, the best company.

Easiest claim submission
Our fur baby had a serious injury that required surgery. I submitted the claim using the iphone application which was quick and easy. Within 1 week I received confirmation that my claim was received & approved and the following week the reimbursement was received. The process was quick and easy and I would recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to all who have a fur family.
