I’ve had nationwide since getting my Emma’s using it for the routine stuff more than anything this year has been tough being diagnosed with bladder stones that were due to a uti our vet bills added up quickly I’m very impressed with nationwide and grateful to have insurance as the reimbursement really help sending claims in was so easy gives us some piece of mind during this trying time as we work with our vet and a nutritionist to get her back to 100% health thank you for being there for our Emma

Surprised me in every way - best decision I ever made for my dog!
We put off getting pet insurance because we thought it would be expensive, not cover much, or a hassle to get reimbursed. But man, has Nationwide been awesome. It's super affordable, they've covered everything they promised, getting reimbursed is really easy and payment is fast. We recommend Nationwide to everyone we know.

Worth every penny!
I always suggest that people look into getting pet insurance when they get a new pet, and a lot of people balk at it (too expensive, nothing will be covered, my pet is young and healthy etc.). We have had two pets covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance and it has been so worth it in both cases. Granted, we were lucky in that both dogs, in their younger years had nothing wrong with them....and so we didn't need to file any claims. But as they got older, they needed dental work (expensive and covered), and cancer treatment (also expensive and also covered). It's super easy to file a claim and it doesn't take long to get a response. Also the customer service is wonderful; I have had to call a couple of times for explanations on claims and they are always extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this company enough.

I have found the whole claim process to be very easy and efficient.
I have found Nationwide to be very responsive. The claim process has been very easy and efficient. My most expensive claim was for $3000 plus and at that point they requested my baby's medical records. I did submit them. It took a little bit longer to process this claim but not an excessive amount of time. I have been very happy with Nationwide.

My pet insurance helps take one anxiety off my mind.
Pet care can be expensive, but I also want my dog to live the best life she can. Nationwide makes filing claims and being reimbursed really easy, and I've felt supported through my pet's care. Having Nationwide pet insurance puts my mind at ease because I know I won't have to choose between what's best for my pet and the cost of the service.

Very dependable pet insurance!
We are very happy with nationwide. When our wonderful lab injured her paw and then became sick from the medication for that, I knew we would be covered. I feel other insurance come up with excuses even in emergencies not to cover. Nationwide examines the actual information. I appreciate that I have never had to question how a claim has come back!

Amazing!
Nationwide was amazing when we had to have ACL surgery on our mastiff at just 2 years old! Any questions, the customer service team was ready and able to handle it over the phone very quickly. The ease of sending in all of the claim forms for Venus was great and we received our claim check within 2 weeks! We have nationwide for all 4 of our dogs and it is well worth it!

Nationwide's claims adjusters will find the easiest way to save the company money and doesn't care about the pets or their owner
It's abundantly clear that your claims adjusters only care about saving money for Nationwide. Nationwide is a multi-million dollar company that teaches its employees to pinch pennies so that it can get away with providing its customers the least amount of money. Yet, when i call your customer services representatives claim that they are doing everything they can to give me back 1/3 of the cost of the vet appointment. I am so heartbroken and disappointed. I wish I had done more research seven years ago when I was looking for pet insurance.

Embrace is a great insurance. No problems & easy to work with.
I am very impressed how my claims are processed. No problem to get pre-certification for surgery if needed. Takes the stress out of it. The only thing I would say would be nice to have would be, if it was made more clearer that when Embrace covers holistic vet bills, that the holistic medications or herbs that are prescribed are not covered. I was kind of suprised with that. Considered they are so much cheaper than getting conventionell meds for same conditions. Otherwise love the insurance. Thank you, Embrace!
