You guys and gals are great. I have 2 policies for Jack, my Siberian Husky via Nationwide, and formerly for Kit, my now deceased Siberian Husky. Whenever I take them for a vet visit, I simply follow the directions to file the claim for any services that can be reimbursed through my policy, and within 30 days I get my statement back on what was covered, what wasn't, and why. Pretty simple and reliable. Thanks for what you do.

Every pet owner needs this.
We have Nationwide Pet Insurance for all three of our cats. Although none of them have had a serious issue yet, it has been wonderful to have when one of the cats needed a dental cleaning. Those are not cheap, and she had an extraction, as well. I submitted our claims and within two weeks, we had our check from Nationwide. Our daughter is a vet and when she told me that this was one of the best pet insurance policies around, we signed up. I didn't want to ever have to make a difficult decision based on the cost.

Piece of mind
We've been extremely happy with ASPCA pet insurance for all of our pets. The claims are easy to file and paid quickly. Generally, I feel the payouts have been fair relative to the cost of the treatments. Having this insurance provides us piece of mind we can provide the care and quality of life to our pet family that is important to us.

Claims take to long. Other insurance take a week or less
Claims take to long. And nationwide does not have their own app to submit claims. I have to go through vet help and then submit a claim. This is a too notch insurance company you would thing it would make it easier and simpler for the customer to file a claim and make the reimbursement quicker.
