Pets Best has come through for me twice now in the 10 or so years I've had them for insurance on my lab. Each time the claims process was extremely simple. The first time I was paid in less than two weeks no questions asked. The second time took a little longer to process due to an incidental finding during surgery for a different problem, which confused the process a bit. I do wish they had called me to discuss but it ended up getting resolved shortly after a quick phone call to them. My claims were paid in full with very little trouble or "fighting" that most insurance companies put you through. I recommend this company to all my pet parent friends. Thank you for making difficult times a little bit easier.

Easier to deal with than personal insurance
Past claims have been processed in 5 days, this one took several weeks. I hope changing to Synchrony hasn't been a detriment to your company. I love the ease of filing a claim simply by uploading a screen shot of my bill. I also love direct deposit of the reimbursement. You are easier to deal with than any of my personal insurance

Payment within a few days
Took my cat Robbie in for his annual wellness visit to my vet and he got his rabies shot. Vet says he looks great, but needs dental cleaning which we scheduled for August. Paid the vet bill and got the receipt which I scanned into my computer and attached it to an email claim form to Pets Best. Received payment to my bank account within a few days. I am very impressed by this insurance company.
