Truly Good Insurance
I have only good things to say about this pet insurance. I have had a very good experience dealing with them. Any time I've had to call, I've gotten someone on the phone who was polite and answered all my questions. The claims have been paid exactly as stated in the policy and in a timely fashion. I feel lucky to have them.

Lost or missing statements.
Agent receives claim w/o vet bill, please call Vet clinic directly for dup copy instead of sending client email. I've missed out on some legitimate claims bc of expiration date. Thanks.
