Pets Best Insurance & Staff are amazingly professional, caring, efficient and helped me through a very difficult time!
Dear Pets Best Insurance Team! I made a decision last year to sign up for pet insurance for the first time ever. After thoughtful consideration for many weeks prior and looking into many pet insurance companies, I decided to go with Pets Best Insurance, mainly because it was reasonably priced and had verifying degrees of coverage to meet my needs. I purchased insurance for both my cats. Little did I know last month (April 2019) that one of my beloved cats, Luna Mae, would be injured and require a major knee and tendon replacement. I called Pets Best Insurance and spoke to one of their team members, Sara, and she kindly guided me on how to file a claim with their insurance department. More so, she was genuinely concerned for Luna’s welfare; which I truly appreciated at the time. She also immediately sent me the forms I needed to get started. I was so grateful and distraught at the same time. I needed her calm manner and clarity to help guide me through it all. As time went on, I spoke to other Pets Best team staff via phone or email, and each time, they were very professional and efficient. Each step of the way, I was given updates regarding my claim without me having to initiate the contact and within a month of Luna’s surgery, I received a check deposit from Pets Best Insurance for the full paid balance of Luna’s surgery, minus my small deductible. My mind was blown! I could not remember ever in my life experiences an insurance company for people, much less for pets, would have ever been so reliable, caring, professional and efficient! I’m so impressed with Pets Best Insurance for my pets. I highly recommend Pets Best to absolutely every single pet owner out there! They are the REAL DEAL! On a scale of 1 to 10 stars... I give them a 10! Oh, and in case you may want to know, Luna is doing well with her new leg. She will always have a slight limp but it doesn’t stop my little tough rescue cat! Over the course of nearly two decades and three separate dogs, I haven't experienced a time when I've been dissatisfied or felt underserved. Plus, their processes have continued to improve along with technological advances.

I love having pet insurance and this one definitely gives you the best bang for your buck. Getting ahold of them is easy. They cover a lot of expenses. The only thing I would change is if they were able to pay up front for surgeries. Other than that, they’re awesome!

ASPCA is the best! The service has been a 10 across the board. Customer service is always professional, knowledgeable and they truly care about pets. Submitting claims are easy & are processed quickly. Everyone is very helpful and you do not find that a lot these days, so I really value & appreciate the attention to detail that I have received.

uncomplicated peace of mind
We have had several different Pet Insurance companies over the years to cover our rescue dogs and Nationwide is by far the most affordable, easiest to work with while providing peace of mind for us when we have health issues with our pets. We appreciate the coverage and the ease of dealing with them.
