I've been very pleased with the service
This is the second time I've had to use my kitty's pet insurance and also the second time I've been very pleased with the service. I am always weary of filing a claim because of previous reviews I've read about people not getting their bills covered but both times Pets Best has went above expectations. The ease of filing the claim is quick and simple and they explanations on what is paid for/what isn't are easy to understand. Thanks Pets Best, hopefully I don't have to use you anytime soon but if I do, I hope it keeps going great.

I am so happy
I am so happy with how our Olive's claim was handled. It was so easy to upload the bill and payment information and check on the status through the app. I was happy to receive an email letting me know that they were working on our claim but it was taking longer than expected. Thank you for turning a very scary situation into one we did not have to worry about.

Happy with our choice in insurance
My girl got her vaccinations, I took a picture of the receipt, uploaded it and all done. Efficient, easy and the payment was received without any delay. In earlier contacts with questions by phone I have been met by nice people who have answered my concerns and questions. I am overall very happy with our choice in insurance for our girl. I have recommended you guys to other people many times ;-)

Explained my policies
My first policy with you was with my Brinkley; then we added Catie; both I assumed were under the same policy number. When Brinkley passed away, and we purchased Tucker, I assumed the policy no. would stay the same. The telephone call explained why.

Nationwide always looking for loop holes to deny claims, even though they NEVER miss their premium payments.
Nationwide looks for loop holes to deny claims , but NEVER misses their premium payments. Sadly I can not cancel the policy in fear of needing it for a major injury. They should be more receptive to claim payments.

We have been a customer for about 20 years and will hopefully be a customer for another 20 years!!
For about 20 years we have had great coverage and easy claim submission. Not much more to say other than I wish my health insurance coverage and response time was as fast as this pet insurance is. The only suggestion is that I wish claim turn around time was faster but it's still faster than BCBS so I guess I really can't complain!! Thanks for taking care of our pets throughout the years...
