I have pet insurance with healthy paws since my dog only 2 years till 6 years now. They always send check back so quick for surgery and other health problem.Its reallly help me to save a lot of money when my dog is in the hospital.Customer service is very professionl and super nice.I highly reccomend!!!

Nationwide takes away my worries about high vet bills.
When I have to file a claim the mobility and ease of use Nationwide offers makes it super easy and stress free. I have had nothing but great service and appreciate knowing Nationwide has my back.

There turnaround on paying there claims suck
I have a 11 month of shih tzu that couldnt possibly have that many pre existing conditions but yet he is treated like he has years of them, getting medical records for him not once but every single time He is not old enough to have that many of them These are claims for being sick, or tick bites. They just seem to question every little thing like how is getting sicki is a pre existing condition, he ill probably get sick again in his life time. Really! They take extremely long time to get there claims done.

The BEST!
We were playing ball in the yard and one of my dogs jumped about 5 feet to catch the ball and he landed on his sister's back end. They are Australian Cattle Dogs and are sibling so they are very competitive. As soon as it happened Grace yelped and started limping, so off to the vets we went. We did an exam and x-rays and Grace is in "bed rest". Haha for the next 6 weeks. My claim was submitted and 4 days later we received a response from PB and our claim was processed and our payment went directly to our account. I really could go on and on especially about how Winfrey and easy it was to get reimbursed with my boy Hank! He was a great dog and had so many issues but Pets Best was there for me through it all and saved us thousands. Thank you for being the BEST!

I absolutely recommend Pets Best
We signed up for Pets Best on the recommendation of a friend who (unfortunately) had to use your policy when their puppy became gravely ill. They had nothing but positive things to say about their experience with Pets Best, and after having to use it ourselves for our pup, Cooper, I couldn't agree more! Going to the emergency vet is never a fun experience. In fact, it is downright stressful and emotionally-draining. But knowing that we would be covered for the expensive vet bill made at least one part of the experience so much easier to handle. It took the financial component out of the equation for us, and allowed us to just focus on taking care of our pup. The claims process was extremely easy and straightforward. Our reimbursement went through exactly as it stated in our policy, and we have already received the majority of the funds back into our account. I would absolutely recommend Pets Best to all my friends and family - In fact, I already have!

Great communication
We have 2 Boston Terrier puppies and we have been able to utilize both our Wellness Plans but also our Emergency plans with Pets Best. Every time we need to file a claim we are able to and payment is returned promptly. And whether the amount is paid back in debit,. place to our deductible, it is always communicated to us. The only thing I would change is the Wellness plan and that is to be able to see what we have already used as we would not send in for claims that we may not receive payment for.
