Simple process
I had been up all night at the hospital, and the ease of filing the claim was so appreciative. The claim process didn't take that much time at all and it direct deposited into my account. I even got an email apologizing for the delay in my claim status when it hadn't been that long!

Great service however I think we were overpaid.
Great service, however, I think we were overpaid. We have a 100 deductible on our policy. It appears we were paid 90% of the total bill with no deductible.

In general a positive experience over the years
While in general I have had a positive experience over the years lately I have had some concerns. When my pet needs the care the most, at the later stage of his life, Trupanion is dragging their feet on his open claims.
