I had several claims. I spoke with customer Service and they were very helpful. They sent me claim forms snail mail. The form was very easy for this old person to fill out. I included vet reports and invoices. I had email responses that my claim was received, was being processed, and subsequent updates, including that my check was mailed. I received the check and details of payment. Impressive!! Good experience.

Clear explanation of benefits
I receive notification that our claim was received and then notified when process complete. Explanation for claim very well explained and then received my check extremely promptly. Claim was for a visit to vet for eye issue. Still had some deductible to pay and then Reimbursed for the remainder.

Usually excellent service
I have recommended this company to several people. However, my last experience has not been the best. I submitted a claim on 6/23/2019 and as of 7/7/2019 I have not received any information even though I have called about it.
