The communication has always been very good. Very quick to respond to any questions. I am thankful I had pet insurance for my poor guy. I had hoped to never have need for it, but we did.

Pet's Best is always very responsive after I send in a claim. I immediately know the claim has been received, and I receive emails if there are any problems that arise during the claims process. Payment I on the claims is usually very expedient. Y'all are doing a great job. Thank you.
