ASPCA Health Insurance has bee excellent, both in value and performance.
Not a lot I can add to the title. They have been remarkably consistent in evaluating and paying claims promptly, and the rules are clear enough that I can usually tell in advance if the vet care will be covered. And they have covered my Nemo through some harrowing things.

Great customer service!
We have both our dogs under ASPCA health insurance and have been really satisfied. Claims are always done quickly and someone always calls to check up on our pet afterwards. Highly recommend

Slow claim reimbursement
I gave been with healthy paws for over 6 years and have 8 rescue dogs insured with them. In the past 2 years their customer service has gotten awful. Plan on being on hold for at least 45 min to an hour and a half for someone to answer your call. Expected to wait almost a month to be reimbursed for your claim. I will never get insurance with them again.

Response back from a claim submitted
The vet is able to run the claim to Trupanion and they respond back within 10 - 15 mins on the amount covered. Also, they honored claims from a emergency hospital as far back as 6 months. Overall, I have being really happy with the results and service I receive.

I recommend Trupanion ALL THE TIME even to total strangers. I think your company is wonderful. We recently lost our cat, Typhoon and your insurance coverage made it easier for my husband and I to have some test done to see what our cat was suffering from.

Amazing Pet Insurance
