I can't explain how easy you guys are to deal with. My vet is not set-up for direct pay, but it's not a concern for me because your service is so user-friendly and efficient. Even the one time when i had trouble with the online submission, your customer support couldn't do enough to help me. This level of service is almost unheard of today, so I am very thankful to you all! I wish my human insurance was as good :) Keep up the great work!

Best decision ever!
I insured my fur baby with Trupanion when she was just a few weeks old. That was the best decision ever! The online claim filing procedure is extremely easy and extremely convenient. Most importantly, the claims are processed quickly. Thank you Trupanion for helping me to keep my girl healthy!

SIMPLY THE BEST....OUR MINI SCHNAUZER IS IN THE BEST HANDS AVAILABE
After adopting Bella (our mini schnauzer) almost 3 years ago, we selected Healthy Paws as her insurance provider. This was probably one of the smartest decisions we've made. HP is great!!!!!! From excellent customer service, fast claims processing; nobody beats Healthy Paws....They have a nice variety of plans to select from. Bella had cataract surgery on July 2nd at a cost of $3875. Within 3 weeks, we had a check from HP for $3100.

I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service of Nationwide Pet Insurance. The claims are easily submitted either online or by mail, the response is rapid, and best of all, their coverage of claims has been wonderful.It seems very difficult to compare plans, as it's impossible to know what they will actually cover when the claim when the claim is reviewed. I generally submit any vet bills, and let them determine what they can cover. Very professional and I would recommend to a friend.

Healthy Paws is amazing!
Our girl Sunny had to have emergency surgery to remove an obstruction. Healthy Paws was quick to approve and reimburse per our benefit coverage. They even sent us a follow up email checking in on her recovery! So thankful for this company!

Awesome insurance that responded quickly!
After adopting my 10 month old rescue 2 years ago, I selected Healthy Paws as her insurance. You never know what issues will drop up with rescues. Money well spent! Unbeknownst to me, my girl started consuming parts of toys, blankets, etc., while we were moving cross country. Recent surgery removed nearly two pounds of material! No outward signs of stress, perfect passenger in the car, my 55 pound girl seemed fine outwardly. Now she's back in her kennel when I can't directly supervise. Health Paws paid my claim quickly and sympathetically! Thank you!!
