Great Insurance Experience
Healthy Paws is such a great company! I have been a customer of two other pet insurance companies and they do not hold a candle to Healthy Paws. The claims process is simple and can be done literally in seconds. They have never denied a valid claim and are always very clear in explaining when a procedure is not covered. I highly recommend this pet insurance.

Very helpful in this last claim!
Nike fell & hurt her left hind leg & after the vets took x-rays found out that she had an injury comparable to humans having an ACL. She also has a problem developing in her spine that may require acupuncture. Called your company & asked what we needed to do and asked if she needed acupuncture if it would be covered. Yes with the vet's statement.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GREAT
WHEN I OPENED THIS POLICY REQUESTED PAYMENT DATE THAT COINCIDED WITH MY PAYPERIOD. IT WAS SET UP 4 DYAS BEFORE THE DATE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MOVE IT TO THE CORRECT DATE, ONLT TO BE TOLD THEY CANT AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE FOR ONE MONTH, RATHER THAN JUST MOVE IT 4 DAYS. ONLY COMPANY EVER HEARD OF THAT CANT MANAGE TO SET A WITHDRAWAL DATE CORRECLTY. BECAUSE OF THIS MY OTHER 3 DOGS WILL BE INSURED ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THEY ALSO WONT ALLOW THE REST TO BE ON THE CORRECT DATE BUT WOULD PUT ALL 5 POLICIES TO BE WITHDRAWN ON A DATE THATS NO WHERE NEAR DATE THAT WAS REQUESTED. OTHER THAN THAT, SOME CLAIMS ARE PRETTY SLOW TO PROCESS, SOME ARE QUICK AND EASY. DONT LIKE THAT YOU CANT SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPTS AND HAVE TO GET THE VET TO DO IT. HAVING TO USE TWO DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANIES IS A PAIN, WILL LIKELY CANCEL THIS ONE AND MOVE THEM SO ALL IN ONE PLACE SINCE NO ONE SEEMS ABLE SOLVE THIS.

Trupanion is the best!!!
I cannot express how happy I am with Trupanion pet insurance. By far such an amazing company, I’ve been with you for 8 years for my English Bulldog and have never had any complaints. No hassle or runaround when it comes to submitting a claim. It is what it is. My bulldog suffers from allergies, so I always know when I need to take him to be treated for this condition I know my baby is getting the best he needs and Trupanion will reimburse all that they cover. Recently I had an awful scare. He someone got very ill with severe Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis, and had to be hospitalized. He had every test taken, fluids given as well as transfusions. I was a little worried that I was going to have an outrageous bill but just kept reminding myself that it’s what needed to be done. He’s my second son and it would all work out. Needless to say once he was well enough to come home, my claim was submitted and within two days I got my outcome back and let me just say it was such a relief. Trupanion is reimbursing me a good portion. I cannot express how amazing and worth it to have this company insuring your pet. They are by far the best! For 8 years they just seem to keep me amazed. Thank you so much for making such difficult financial struggles manageable. I cannot express how happy I am.
