Claim evaluation is consistent and quick.

I find this company’s claim submission evaluation to be done in a consistent way across previously submitted claims. I’ve only had to contact customer support once to inquire about a delayed claim. The f/u was handled quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this company to my friends because I think they do a good job.

Nationwide has been a great experience for us in having pet insurance!

Everyone is always so nice when you call, they ask about your pet and how they are doing. I have never had issues with this insurance and always fast to submit refunds. Our pets have really had a lot of stuff hit them in the past few years and thank you so much for your fast responses, refunds sent fast, caring for our pets by asking how they are doing! I try to recommend this insurance company to all pet owners in this boxer site I belong to and to friends.

No hassle reimbursement

I have had a few issues with my Great Dane, the biggest one was him having a blockage which resulted in hospitalization. Each time I have ever submitted a bill for reimbursement, HealthyPaws without any push back quickly sent me my checks. Not used to this kind of service from insurance companies.

Excellent!

ASPCA has been my pet insurance for the last 3 years. The customer service is outstanding. They always call a few weeks after I submit a claim to see how my dog is doing. Claims are a quick turn a round with direct deposit and never any billing issues. I love ASPCA and will never go anywhere else. A+ in my book!

Consistently happy I have Nationwide pet insurance..

This is the third year I have Nationwide Pet Insurance. I find it easy to file a claim. My vet keeps claim forms there and we fill it out together and they fax it in for me. I get a confirmation email from Nationwide and then I get the money.

Great business

Just super easy to call in submit, submit online or whatever is felt was easiest. I appreciate all that the company has done and am happy to say I think pets best has paid me more than I have paid it. What a good business model!
