Processed in a timely manner
I ordered a Seresto collar for my dog through Chewy.com. I wasn't sure how to go about claiming the purchase since I did it online but the customer service was great at guiding me through the process! I got a copy of the invoice and uploaded it to the app. My claim was processed in a timely manner and the reimbursement was put right into my bank account!

Great claim experience

Vets help get claims approved quicker
My vet submitted the claim and it was readily approved. When I submitted claims myself a few years ago they were not readily approved.
