In an increasingly frustrating and negative society, the one thing you don’t need is a hassle about getting reimbursement when your beloved pet is injured. A quick phone call to ask how to submit a claim was answered immediately, and the friendly representative stayed on the line until my she verified my claim was submitted properly. Pets Best insurance is the best investment!

Pets Best tells me as soon as I load the claim approximately how long it will take to process (within days). I also receive an e-mail confirmation that the claim has been received. I'm notified as soon as the claim is resolved as well. I've been extremely happy with Pets Best!
