Great Insurance Plan

I've been with you several years, Insurance Plan is great along with Customer Service. However claim reimbursement has slowed down significantly, I would say over the past year to 18 months. I was signed up to get reimbursed directly to my bank account. It worked fine for a little while, but stopped working. I tried several times to get it corrected but was never successful, so I'm back to receiving a check. The automated reimbursement system seems clunky or your staff isn't well educate on it.

Amazing claim service

My girl blew out her CCL and needed TPLO surgery. I submitted the claim the day after surgery and within a week I knew how much I would be reimbursed and received the monies a few days after that. These folks even called to see how she was doing. This whole process was fast, efficient and stress free. I highly recommend ASPCA pet insurance. Now I can just focus on the recovery process.
