I find Nationwide Pet Insurance easy to use, I appreciate the ease of filing claims, quick turn around and direct deposit. I used the Vet Help Line for the 1st time and was impressed.

My precious Maggie Belle was diagnosed with glaucoma in her left eye last year. Due to our local vet and Pets Best, she is beating the odds. She is on three different eye drops three times a day and sees the local vet every few months for eye pressure checks. Pets Best has been most supportive during this journey and I am very grateful. All claims are processed promptly and I am reimbursed even faster. Thanks so much!

This was the initial vet visit for a new dog I adopted. I was very pleased and surprised that this visit was not put under the deductible and was paid very quickly! Very satisfied
I had an incident earlier this year with my young GSD. She had been throwing up daily. Took her to the vet and had x-rays discovering that she had eaten bone chips. Vet gave special food and anti nausea drugs. I met my deductible in that incident. Recently, the same dog would choke while barking. Took her to the vet again and had her checked out to see if she had something stuck in her throat. Fortunately, she had tonsillitis. Received antibiotics and instructions to rest. A good portion of that claim was covered. Needed a change of antibiotics since the first round didn't yield the hoped for results. That claim has been recently filed and I'm waiting on the results. Having pet insurance on my high drive working dogs has given me peace of mind. So far I am very satisfied.

Everything was fine but it took a little longer than usual. But I liked the fact that the company emailed be Fedora I had to call to find out what was the delay. They explained. Thank you
