Dear Nationwide folks, I am writing this review to let you know how thankful I am that Nationwide is definitely on our side (just like the jingle)... I will make my story as short as possible. Last February, my sister was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and lost her battle in July. It was so quick and so devastating it crushed my heart to bits. Then my sweet fur baby Chessie started getting sick! I was utterly besides myself feeling as if the world decided to fall on me, not again... The vet bills where piling but I had to do what was needed to get her better again, “pets are family”. Hesitantly, I mailed my fur babies paperwork/claim expecting more negativity, but hoping for something more positive. Nationwide came through!!! They processed my claim and even emailed me to check on how my fur baby Chessie is doing!!! I am moved beyond words. After all the heartache of losing my sister and the stress of trying to get my fur baby healthy again, I am so grateful to finally realize that Nationwide is there to watch my fur babies back (and mine). Thank you for keeping it real Nationwide folks!!! We love you!

Nationwide Pet Insurance Is The Best
Tucker has had a few serious and expensive medical proedures this year and Nationwide was wonderful with helping with expenses. Surgery for a torn leg tendon and then two infected teeth e extracted lead to major vet bills. Nationwide w as a a life saver. Wouldn't be without it. Have had it for last 20 yrs.

Nationwide is always on our side!
We have had Nationwide she we rescued our dog when he was 17 weeks old and we have loved it ever since! Processing claims is super easy and fast! My husband and I both have nothing but great things to say about Nationwide Pet Insurance! Highly recommend!

everybody I spoke on the phone at any given time was very helpful and kind. Originally have been told the claim will take about 2 weeks but recently have been told that there has been a " glitch " and after 27 days am still waiting for the claim to be settled which is rather hard on an oldie like me. but there is still hope and the associates have been most understanding.

The rate of response to claims and the results are stellar!
I enrolled Pixie when we first got her at 9 weeks. At 1 year she needed knee surgery. We were so worried about her and the healing process that not having to worry about the bill helped immensely. Trupanion has not failed me on any of the claims we've submitted over the last 7 years. We are now dealing with a liver issue, ultrasounds, blood work and medications. Trupanion always comes through. It helps the pet owner to have freedom to make necessary decisions without worrying about the cost. I'm so thankful for Trupanion and the staff for handling my claims and questions. I will only ever have Trupanion for my pets!
