ASPCA pet insurance for my kitten was the best choice I ever made!!!
My husband and I got a purebred ragamuffin from a breeder over New Years 2018. She was 3 months old. I immediately got her ASPCA pet insurance that was highly recommended by a neighbor. A month and a half later she got FIP. We took her to the vet got a bunch of tests and the emergency room. Our bills racked up to more than $2000. ASPCA covered so much I only had to pay a few $100. They even paid for her cremation! The customer service representatives were so helpful and sympathetic. They made things so much easier for us going through this shocking experience. A month after we got Luna we got her half brother. Same thing. We got ASPCA right away. He has had a few trips to the vet for minor things that saved us tons of money too. Hopefully we won’t have anymore trips to the vet but we feel safe in the hands of ASPCA

Terrible at communication and processing claims.
They misrepresent that they process claims in 10 days. It has been over a month and my claim just got processed (denied) because of insufficient medical records. My vet assured me that his entire file was delivered so it seems like a scam denial. I will try literally anyone else at this point.
