Very dependable

We have had Nationwide pet Ins for our dogs for years now and never had a problem. I am a veterinary technician of 18yrs (retired now) and know how expensive quality care for pets is! It is great to sit in the vets office and say” let’s do that” to a treatment and not have to worry about cost. When my pets are sick I don’t want to worry about a big vet bill on top of the worry for my fur babies!!!

Nationwide insurance has been a lifesaver

We have been a customer since Auggie was a puppy. Whenever, I had to call with a question, the staff is wonderful and you can tell they love Auggie. You get quality with compassion. You submit your bill, and you hear from them right away. Either with a reason for something wasn’t covered or a check is on it’s way. We love Nationwide. Our dog Isabella has her own policy too. I definitely would recommend Nationwide to friends and I have.

It was simpler than I thought

Filing the claim was straight forward and the response and payment time were not bad at all! I was ready to be disappointed, just like by any other insurance services I've ever used. But I was surprisingly wrong. This is how insurance should be! Thank you :)

Easy claim, great customer service.

Every claim I have sent to Nationwide has been handled quickly and efficiently. The communication is great and they pay the claims quickly. I have only had to call a couple of times but when I have called I always receive great service. The call tree is lengthy but once you get through that you are good to go.

good insurance but very expensive

insurance is easy and comprehensive and service is good. their prices used to be reasonable but I got a 50 percent rate increase this year. the rates go up every year by a ridiculous amount so it becomes unaffordable. I am disappointed that I have to look around for alternate insurance because I like the plan.

Ignores customers, takes forever to process claims

Will never recommend again. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They do not return calls or emails. It’s been a month and they still have not processed my claim. They won’t even give me an idea of when it might be processed. They flat out ignore their customers and do not care about your business. Highly recommend you find another insurance company to do business with!
