I tell everyone
I tell everyone Pets Best is the best pet insurance and I have two new converts. It's easy to send a claim, and you get a direct deposit in days. I don't have to tell you these things, but you are fabulous. I first joined when I adopted a dog from a local shelter (his name was Dodger and I was told he was 5 years old, turns out he was at least 12). He died the day after I signed him up with Pets Best. Your company was so understanding when I called to cancel to inform you of his death. I had never sent in a claim but you were kind enough to send a sympathy card. My puppy Sunshine, turns one today. Thank You for being the best.

Nationwide is on my side!
I am happy to have nationwide as my pet insurance. It is an extremely smooth process when submitting claims online. I would recommend it to anyone I know with a pet.

Grateful I made the right decision
Nationwide is the first and only pet insurance company I've worked with, but when I adopted a bonded pair of senior sister pitties who needed a home together, I thought it would be a good idea to have insurance. A little after a year, turns out one of my girls is sick, and after a bunch of diagnostics, I know the best thing for her is not to put her through aggressive treatment but to keep her comfortable and enjoying life as long as possible. The insurance policy has been a huge help for my piece of mind, and contributes to me being able to enjoy the time I have with her as best a possible. The customer service that Nationwide provides is very good. I would choose them again, in a heartbeat.

Why are Pet Insurance Claims so Much Easier than Human Insurance?
Our little dog Joe developed Pneumonia, and had to be hospitalized. We filled out a claim form, and Trupanion took it from there - no arguments, extra back and forth paperwork or arguing with the claims adjuster. Our claim was settled promptly, as well. Would love to find an auto or health insurance company that was so efficient! This is our second claim with them; the first one was for another dog who had a glioblastoma five years ago. We have a 1000 deductible on the policy, since we have four dogs. This insurance is worth it, for the real emergencies and major stuff. Well done, Trupanion!

Pets Best is the best decision you can ever make for the sake of your pets.
This policy has been the best decision I ever made. When my older dog Bandit came down with cancer, Pets Best was right there with their easy as hell claim process, quite response time and excellent customer service. There is no question about it. They are worth the money should you ever need it.

Great investment for pet owners
PROS: Convenient monthly payments can be automatically charged, and the online claim process is user friendly (if you have computer access). Some claim process in about 3 weeks, and some faster. The 90% coverage has been a lifesaver as my poor kitty has IBD issues. Cons: I have the $250 deductible plan, which does not cover general checkups, taxes or shipping charges for online meds, or anal expression (sorry, TMI). The plan also charges a small fee for the monthly payment plan (no charge if you pay the $600 annual in one lump sum), which seems a bit much in today's online banking is very commonplace. ASPCA sometimes calls to ask how Cadelia is doing, which is a nice nuisance. The few times I've called CSR, never had a problem.
