Great people, great service

I have no major complaints - the service has been very helpful and friendly. The only observation I'd make is that when I file the claims myself they usually have to be re-submitted, by when the vet does it they go much smoother.

Insurance claims are processed fast!

Millie was 8 weeks old when we brought her home, and unfortunately she had roundworm. Poor thing! She's been to the vet several times for treatment, as well as her wellness checkups/vaccines. I love the VitusVet app to submit my claim right from my phone! I had forgotten that was available to use (we used it with our other dog who passed away in November). I also love that you have direct deposit for the reimbursement checks! No more trips to the bank! Thank you for making it easy to care for our puppy's wellness needs!

TOTALLY WORTH IT!!

I've had pet insurance for three years now & have broke even or come just slightly ahead on cost of premiums vs amount of bills I paid & was on the fence whether to renew or not. Then my dog needed surgery & was I ever glad I had coverage!! The customer service associates are very knowledgeable & pleasant to deal with. My vet office submits the claims & the automatic deposit process is fast & easy.

Best investment for my pets health and my peace of mind!

It is so comforting to know that all my decisions for my pets medical needs are based on their wellbeing and not my finances. Nationwide has always processed by claims quickly and fairly. Nationwide helps me and my pet when we need it most!

When my little guy gets sick I don’t have to do anything but worry about him. I never have to worry I won’t be able to give him the care he needs thanks to Nationwide. They are there for both of us when we need it most. I would recommend them to anyone.

Things have been great
