helps keeps furbabies healthy and gives pet parents peace of mind.

I never had pet insurance before so I can't compare to other providers. But I'm so happy with the service I received from nationwide this is my second year. Although it works on a reimbursement basis I'm not as hesitant to incur the expense knowing claims are processed fairly and rapidly. My four footers are getting all the care they need. The Tele-vet service has also given helpful fixes for the problem avoiding unnecessary trips to the vet.

Knowing The Financial Ease was Coming was HUGE

Our poor little Italian Greyhound has suffered two breaks in the past year. For the first break, we didn't have pet insurance so the financial burden was huge. When she broke her paw recently, after the stress of dealing with the surgeries, it was good to know some relief was coming. Reaching out to Nationwide was easy and we got responses quickly on how to file the claim, what forms to use and what we needed to submit with it. We received a check on the quicker side, I expected it to drag out over six months and it didn't, another huge relief! Thank you Nationwide! And Noodle thanks you too!

So happy I chose Nationwide!

This is my 1st experience providing health insurance for my pet, though I’ve had pets my entire life. I couldn’t be happier with Nationwide! Their representatives are always helpful, explaining the plans, answering my questions thoroughly so I can make an informed decision on what plan is best for my boy. Honestly not sure what I’d do without this comprehensive insurance

Both my cats (ages 5, 7) and pup (almost 6) are on the comprehensive whole pet with wellness unlimited plans. When I was considering plans I thought maybe this was too much, but if there’s one thing that’s been proven this past year it’s to prepare for the unexpected with vet visits. Between preventative care for my dog to extensive dentals with the cats, a few emergencies, and now the start of a complicated diagnosis with my older cat— Nationwide hasn’t even batted an eye with coverage. They’re always sending check-in emails, refunds are super quick, communication is excellent, and I feel relieved knowing no matter what the cost, my pets will get the care they deserve because I have such solid coverage. Outstanding service beyond expectations,

I have had this insurance for about 5 years and never filed a claim so I was pleasantly surprised when our boy destroyed his CCL and required surgery as well as 6 months of follow up care. I never did anything other than take pictures of our bills and sent them and in most cases was reimbursed within 1 week. Never any question they paid according to policy and I can’t give a single complaint. Outstanding policy and service!

Best Decision We Ever Made

his pet insurance has the greatest customer service! They are quick to reimburse you for your covered expenses and has never given us grief. We had a healthy puppy when we first got her, but early on started limping. We later found she had elbow dysplasia. We are on the 90% coverage plan with $100. Best decision we ever made!

Really like electronic payments, great service!
