I unfortunately had to file many claims recently. The process of filing claims is simple. When more information was needed, it was clear and concise. I have spoken to reps on the phone and they were polite and answered my questions. Reimbursements were done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with Figo. It's not something I had hope to use, but happy that the process was simple and allowed me to provide care of our dog. She's a 8yo GSD and had a severe injury to her front leg (extreme carpal hyperextension) and then 3 months later had a emergency splenectomy and diagnosed with cancer (HSA). Having Figo has allowed us to provide care to give her a longer quality of life.

Fantastic Figo!
I've been so pleased with the coverage we bought, especially since I'd never had pet insurance before getting Scout and wasn't really sure what to expect. It's really easy to upload receipts and open a claim. We've had no problems or issues at all since buying our first Figo policy. She's had a few injuries and health hiccups here and there, and Figo has helped immensely with making sure we can get her the care she needs.

I've been researching pet insurance for our new Shih Tzu puppy and decided on Fetch and one other insurance provider. After speaking with Aileen Andino, my search was over. She took the time explain each of the benefits and provisions of the policy and the various options that I could include. I was very pleased with Aileen's explanations, honesty and guidance on making the selection that I believe will be best for our puppy and for us.

this company misadvertises
this company misadvertises. Even if you wait the 14 day period they call everything pre- existing. Denied all our claims trying to say they were pre existing. if your pet had a body before INSURANCE ITS PREEXISTING!! THEY SUCK!
