I'm very happy with ASPCA Pet insurance.
I've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for my chihuahua and my pit bull. Every time that I have filed a claim, they have been great in submitting a refund. If I have had any problems, their customer service have proven themselves very knowledgeable with questions. I've been so happy with them that I have recommended the insurance to other pet owners.

Intestinal Perforation Claim
Our 9 and 1/2 year old Weimaraner rescue had a blockage and intestinal perforation on 8/242019. This was a weekend, so we brought her to the emergency vet where they operated on her and kept her for a week. Needless to say the bill was significant, and also complex. The submission of the bill via email was quick, easy and not the least bit stressful. Within a month I had reimbursement for most of the cost without having to submit any additional information. I was kept abreast of the process through email, so I was aware that the bill was being attended to. I have had Weimaraners for over 40 years and because of their propensity to bloat, have had them insured. I have had many different pet insurances over that time and Healthy Paws is by far the easiest to submit claims to and the most conscientious in keeping clients aware of the process. In addition, they followed up to see how my girl was doing post surgery and recuperation. Customer service is A+

Nationwide is great!!!
Nationwide has been so easy to use. The claims are so easy to file online and I get a response so quickly! I have had no issues and no complaints using them for the past 4 years

Easy, Efficient and Dependable
Each time I have to make a claim, it takes me less than 2 minutes to submit from my cell phone. If I have any questions, their customer service agents are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I am on and off the phone without any hassles or long hold times.

Nationwide has been so helpful with our furbaby's issue. The claims have been so easy to submit, their communication has been fantastic and their release of funds has been very quick. It was so nice to not have to add one more stressor into the mix when dealing with Kingston's surgery.

Nationwide get 10/10, 5* and two thumbs up from me and my three pups
I've had pet insurance on all my dogs since 1998 with three different companies over the years. Nationwide now gets my business because of their customer service, prices, efficiency of filing a claim using the app and speed of repayment and direct deposit. But more importantly I love the inclusion of dogs who are breed by responsible breeders. I breed Longhaired Weimaraners and I do wish pet insurance companies would take into account the thousands of dollars we spend on Pinn Hip, OFA and DNA testing and give discounts based on the data we get from those tests that prove our dogs are healthy.

Our puppy has had a rough start but she is getting better. We have had to make several claims and the response so far has been fair and clear. We've been very grateful to have insurance so we could get good care for her.
