We just obtained this insurance for our new puppy. He is currently 4 months old. We recently submitted our first claim. It was easy to do online and the reimbursement came quickly.

Must-Have Insurance
This pet insurance has been an absolute life-saver. Last month, my cat had to be rushed to the hospital because he was suddenly vomiting, refusing to eat and straining to urinate. The ER vets diagnosed him with a urinary obstruction, which is apparently a fairly common issue for male cats and can be fatal if left untreated. Thanks to the ASPCA pet insurance, there was never a question of getting my cat the proper care he needed. That same day, his obstruction was cleared and he was admitted to the hospital for continued monitoring and observations. Submitting the claim was extremely simple and straightforward. The claim for his visit was submitted on 9/19 and completed on 9/26 - exactly a week later! I have only the highest praise for this insurance and would recommend it to anyone in the market for pet insurance.

Deciding on Nationwide pet insurance was the best decision I've ever made. My dog recently had to get an xray and joint tap for what we thought was am injury. We didnt hesitate to have our vet do this because we knew we were covered. Without this coverage we would have over $2,000 in vet bills from the past month. Thank you Nationwide!!

As the mother of 4 dachshunds aging from 1 -14 I decided to purchase insurance on the younger ones as I wasn't privy to pet insurance when I got the old man. I have had no issues with payments for care received once my deductible was met. I would highly recommend this insurance. Tareyn

Great experience!
Very glad I chose to continue with Pets+Us. My puppy came with a 6-week insurance plan and in that time had an accident and the claim was processed very easily. I have since maintained the coverage myself and she has since had yet another accident and again the claims process was very easy.

Since we have had this Insurance on our dog, we certainly have used it and they have come through every time for us. Always very punctual and no issues. It is a very easy process to do also. We are very pleased with this Insurance.

Highly recommended
We have policies with Heathy Paws for both of our Rottweilers and had claims for both of them. Healthy Paws not only is easy to use, this na to their app but also reimbursed us for all of our claims without fight or hesitation. The first claim took a littler longer, I think about 10 days or so, because they had to get our dogs file first but the next claim was resolved within a couple of days. They uncomplicated and very helpful. We are more than happy with them and highly recommend them.
