Very happy I have Nationwide Pet Insurance
I had a few issues with my earlier policy but all has been resolved in complete fairness. Im very satisfied my coverage & will renew my policy with Nationwide when its due.

Piece of mind for our English Bulldog
Nationwide makes it easy for great pet insurance coverage for our dog. The claims form is prefilled out once you log in and print and our Vet is familiar with filling out and faxing in for us making claims a breeze. We recently set up automatic payments through Chase which give us our reimbursement 3 to 4 days quicker than mailing a check. We would highly recommend.

You are the best!
This insurance for my pup has been a Godsend. The process is easy and quick and you can even pick your own deductible amount too. I feel so much better having the coverage because you just never know what is going to happen. Trupanion customer service is excellent and they explain any questions you have. The process is easy and stress free. The emails are easy to understand and the website has all the info in one place. Thank you Trupanion.

Fast and easy claim processing
I appreciate the expedient processing of all the claims we submitted for Winston. I thought it was going to take much longer and was surprised how fast they all were resolved. I also appreciate the app UI being so user friendly and intuitive. I’d recommend making the T&C’s process a bit easier and pushing user back into, or keeping them, in app. Additionally, seeing claim status in app vs. pushing user to website would be beneficial. The setting up of a payment account wasn’t too horrible but a more user friendly option would be more beneficial to the customer.
