I know the policy changed due to fraud hitting my account. I’m hoping this new policy is similar as stated including cremation in that god willing awful event that I’m not looking forward to. Jesus was completely understanding and helpful. I do like the dental benefits that are now included.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Pre-estimates were returned in less than 30 minutes. Claims paid in about a couple days. It was quick and easy to get a live person to answer my questions. Representatives were caring, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend Pumpkin Pet Insurance.

Easy to file claims and quick payouts. What more could you want from your pet insurance company? Pumpkin is responsive when I have questions and give me peace of mind with having to instead 4 cats. I've already had to file 3 claims in the last year and the process was a breeze.

Claim Paid
When I got accident and illness insurance on my new puppy, I didn’t expect to have to use it so soon. She has had 2 hospitalizations for gastrointestinal problems with the last one requiring surgery. In both cases, no cause for the blockage was found. Pets Best paid exactly what I expected on both claims with no hassle. Muffin is on prescription dog food now so hopefully she won’t have any more digestive issues.
Great Customer Service
I reached out to them to figure out what additional information was needed for a claim. The representative stayed on the phone with me while she checked it out and called others. Within 24 hours I received a detailed note explaining the process and my policy. They did a great job.
