I have had 3 other pet insurances in my life, and by far Spot has been the best. Workers are fast and they actually care. Other insurances I had had been horrible and I had to drop them all because they were no help. Until I found spot and this has been a game changer.

I love this company from my experiences with my currently covered pet. So, when I got my new one. Of course, I am adding her too. Also this makes it easier to file and reimbursement is quick. Thank you for taking the worry away and helping us get the care my pets need.

Kate was very helpful
I recently gave a review that I am not sure what the questions were. It never asked me a question it just kept saying it didnt understand press #1 .then thanked me for my review so if it was a bad review it wasn't intended to be because Kate was polite,professional and helpful so hopefully this will correct if I unintentionally gave her a bad one. Fetch is always a great call.

Absolute shockingly rude…
Absolute shockingly rude representatives! I went to cancel my dogs insurance as the claim we made last year basically was added back onto the money we are paying this year (even though they say the increase each has nothing to with claims, we have two dogs with them and one dog hasn’t increased for the 2 years .. ironically we have never claimed with him) the service is shocking! I asked to cancel and they judge me! I told them details as to why and they would not accept the cancellation, to the point where I was sick of being interrupted and told them to cancel the policy now, to them saying fine, and saying it’s a mistake and then hanging up on me to then here a survey which i rated them poor! Fetch insurance … you don’t know what people are going through and your staff judging and talking to people like a piece of crap on their shoe is not acceptable! I will also be canceling my other pet and going somewhere else

Computer software update much improved claim submissions
New computer software makes submitting invoices and SOAP notes so much easier. Payout of covered claims has been much improved at less than 15-days and before a credit card bill comes due. Highly recommend.

MetLife Pet has been fantastic
MetLife Pet has been absolutely fantastic. My dog has just recently been diagnosed with a life threatening illness and they have gone above and beyond helping me through the process of providing claims and such. On a couple of occasions I didn't provide enough information on claims and the customer service reps were wonderful and caring and provided help.
