Customer service telephone operators were knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all of my questions. I submitted my vet bill and it was processed accurately and timely. Their payment was loaded directly into my checking account . The entire process was excellent.

Best Pet Insurance I have experienced!

Healthy Paws has done an outstanding job processing claims faster than any other insurance company I have ever used. They keep you updated every step of the way and your reimbursement is deposited in your account within a week. My dog suddenly needed to have a major surgery which happened on Tuesday and was quite expensive. The claim was processed immediately and I received the payment that Friday . My experience with Healthy Paws has been amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone considering pet insurance. They have surpassed my expectations. It’s hard to find a company that can compete with this quality of service.

Fast and worthwhile service for your pets!

So far my experience with MetLife pet insurance has been mostly positive. They quickly review my claims and have always approved my claims for wellness visits and medications for my cats. I did have one instance where I went back and forth with them about an acute condition being labeled as chronic; after appealing twice I just ended up giving up. Thankfully the cost of the issue to me in this instance was minor.
