I had a really great experience with Spot Pet Insurance. My dog needed ACL surgery, and I expected the claims process to be stressful, but it turned out to be surprisingly simple. Submitting the claim, along with the required documents and vet details, was straightforward and easy to follow. What really stood out to me was their customer support. Every time I reached out, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring—they even asked about how my dog was doing, which meant a lot. The claim was reviewed and approved in about two weeks, which I found quite reasonable. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend Spot Pet Insurance to other pet owners.

One of the best businesses operating today
Met Life is one of the few businesses that does it right in efficiency, customer service and being cost effective. I cannot say enough good about this company. It is the one thing that is exceptional in maneuvering around the current day vet care and exorbitant fees. Pet owners just want to take care of their charges on four legs and it is now very difficult if not impossible to do, When I call I receive the BEST customer service which makes me calm after paying a vet bill that is the same cost as a used car. Met Life- modern day technology with old fashioned service. Thank you Met LIfe.
