The compassionate help I received was professional and straightforward. The employees were easy to understand and easily guided me through the process. I would give it 0 stars if possible. I did the 30 day trial, and I had multiple claims put in and they didn't cover a single damn thing. This insurance company is a waste of time and money. The only way you can possibly benefit from these insurance companies is if you put your pet under a policy right at birth other than that, you're screwed.

Looking for a new insurance company
Many of the reps reviewing my claims will take 30+ days to process then with no heads up deny it so I have to resubmit. I've had to submit many claims with the Same information multiple times. It's incredibly frustrating and you all bank on customers giving up. I won't I am owed money and I'm discussing with an attorney

Exceptional Customer Experience
I’ve had MetLife pet insurance since my dog was a puppy and I have had the best experience. It’s been very easy to contact customer service, get my questions answered, submit claims and get reimbursed. I had to double my coverage since vet costs have been raised substantially, but I honestly would not recommend going without it.
