Embrace has been AMAZING!!! I’ve had in the last week 4 vet visits that they have been so quick with response and approval and payments for the visits!

The insurance plan is awsome but...
The insurance plan is awsome. I have 100% reimbursement for my older pets, but the new kitten I got a new plan for I could only get 90% reimbursement, so I'm disappointed in that, but the plans are so good its still the best around. The only issues I have are constant confusion with the documents I send in. I'll see a claim on hold for missing documents, and I call in and no one can figure out what I'm missing, they say its all there and dont know why it was put on hold. It gets resolved but if I dont keep checking on my claims they'll never go through. Its happened 3 or 4 times now. Every one I've had to talk to have been very helpful, though you can tell they have a script to read at times which just sounds stupid, but again not a huge deal. When there talking about the actual issues its fine.

It seems every time I submit invoices…
It seems every time I submit invoices from the vet with both of my dogs on one invoice, there is always some sort of issue. One dog will get paid out, then there's an issue with the other one's payout, or the payouts will both lag. I end up calling the CSR's multiple times to tell the same stories a million times. The CSR's are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible, but I also get different stories as to what's going on with my claims. I could go on and on about issues I have had with almost every claim I have submitted since I I started with MetLife, but I am not. Going forward to make life easier for myself and the adjusters, I will submit one claim per dog, even if they are receiving the same exact treatments.

Good customer service and claims payment
Healthy Paws has paid two claims over the years and since I own four dogs, there are occasionally expensive procedures. Customer service is very good and claims are paid promptly. I recommend them to any pet parent.
