After my insurance almost doubled
After my insurance almost doubled, I requested to cancel. I then did so in writing, not once, but twice. You refused to take it. I therefore had to stop my vacation in another country to call, multiple times only to be told I had to fill out a form. I therefore had to walk to get internet and charge my computer to do so, only to learn from a supervisor that the emails should have been good enough, basically I was lied to in an effort to continue charging my credit card. Even if we could work out a new policy, I will not give money to a company that can't tell the truth. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAILS

Great Pet Insurance
I’ve had my Pet insurance policy for over two years now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I have submitted several claims for my dog over the years and every time I talk to customer service they’ve been nothing but pleasant. Also the refund policy is quick and easy and accurate every time and the monthly premiums are Affordable.

I’ve been with MetLife for at least 5 years and they were a little slow in answering my questions and processing claims. But recently filed a claim and it was processed quickly. I am very impressed that they improved so tremendously.

Pets best is slow at processing Claims. I also have a basset hound on my policy and they take forever to process for him as well.

Working with Trupanion is such an ease. Whether I’m at my vets office and they do the claim for me or I go home and do the claim online, everything is very easy. They’ve always been very fair with my boy Tucker and I’m very thankful to have them as my insurance provider.

Great service made a rough time much easier
Your response to my claim was prompt and efficient. Unlike an insurance company I'd had for a previous pet you contacted my vet yourself rather than making me send you a bulk of paperwork on Shelby's procedure. Payment was speedy and as specified in the contract.
