My Samoyed has had a rough year :(
My Samoyed has had a rough year with a bone infection. MetLife Pet Insurance has been awesome in paying my claims. I had reservations about the service since I was new to MetLife Pet, but they have been efficient and reliable for all my claims. I would highly recommend them for pet insurance!! Everyone should have a policy. I never thought I would need it, but like humans, life happens!

Roslyn (ext. 6299) was patient and supportive in helping me select a quality plan for my pets. Nationwide was the most transparent insurer when researching bird/exotic policies and provided the fastest customer service.

Recommend Embrace for coverage
Have only had coverage for 4 cats for about 6 months now, but I am very pleased with their customer service. Filing of claims has been exceptionally easy. I highly recommend getting coverage with Embrace.

Extremely disappointed with Figo Pet…
Extremely disappointed with Figo Pet Insurance. I filed a claim for a simple visit, which is clearly covered by my plan. Instead of processing it, Figo ignored my documentation and denied the claim without any explanation. The veterinary clinic confirmed that the issue happened only because of a name mismatch (my dog’s legal name vs the name I use daily), but after receiving the corrected invoices Figo still refused to reimburse anything. Customer service kept ignoring follow-ups, and instead of helping, they tried to upsell me on staying as a customer. Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my policy. Very poor communication and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.
