Quick and easy claim

Recently my dog Cash was diagnosed with IVDD which required immediate emergency surgery. I was able to file his claim and received reimbursement in a timely manner. It was such a stressful situation but the claims process was so quick and easy it was one less stress.

Easy to use Healthy Paws website and phone help is also available. Easy to submit claims; documents promptly reviewed with prompt payment of covered items. My dog has several health issues that have required vetinary interventions, including several hospitalization over a six year period. My puppy is 6 year old puppy and for the six years I have had Chewy Health Insurance. I am so glad that I chose Chewy for my beautiful and loving dog.

Miss leading !

I haven't even got approved for coverage yet and already have 3 -strikes ! was Mislead from rep and enrollment telling me she was my one on one contact ( No calling the 800 # and speaking to just anyone) 2- sitting on Hold for 5-15 mins to reach a rep "Unacceptable" 3-the rep I did finally reach @ the 800 # could Not answer simple questions === I do not recommend ===
