I am going to be honest

I am going to be honest: I was worried. But my first claim ever submitted was so easy and the wonderful employees at Embrace processed it so quickly, delivering me a comprehensive breakdown and everything and a quick return on my refund. My pup needed extensive testing with a specialist and I would do anything for him. Embrace gave me peace of mind that I could do that and more within my policy and have the financial help I needed to do it. I cannot speak more highly of Embrace and will continue to utilize their services for my pup now and my pups in the future.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Amazing Amanda Mello, who was my representative today, for her supportive ability to carefully explain the plan and answer any questions that I had, which made my decision to choose Fetch the best one for my pet insurance needs. Customer service is very high on my list when it comes to services. Amanda was invaluable, pleasant, knowledgeable, and confident in sharing how the company's plans worked. It is nice to work with someone who is excited about their job. It speaks volumes about the company's reputation. I would definitely give Amanda 10 or 15 stars if that were an option. We are so happy we got Pumpkin…

We are so happy we got Pumpkin insurance for our Bob. Also it's such a blessing they had Pet advocates that always response right away and how amazing they were when we found out our boy has hip dysplasia and that he has always been healthy and never shown signs of it including he has had amazing vet visits which he never showed signs until he started limping. The advocate was so loving with me and understood how devastated we are and calmed my heart. Thank you Pumpkin !

DO NOT get your pet Lemonade Pet Insurance it's a SCAM In My Opinion

DO NOT get your dog or cat Lemonade Pet Insurance. It is cheap for a reason and you truly get what you pay for. I have been with Lemonade since 2019 and have had to fight them repeatedly for payouts over the years. What happened this week with one of my cats was the last straw. I filed a formal complaint with the California Department of Insurance and submitted all of my documentation for review. Lemonade Pet Insurance has started another medical history review for this cat even though they already completed one five months ago and already have his full records. This time they contacted twelve different veterinary offices. Many of these clinics are for my other cats or for my dog who sees multiple specialists. Some clinics are closed. Some have never treated this cat. None of them have any records that relate to this claim. I am now receiving calls from confused veterinarians who are asking why Lemonade Pet Insurance is reaching out to them, and several expressed concern once I explained what was happening. This pattern of delays, unnecessary requests, and improper handling is exactly why I filed a complaint. Pet parents, please research carefully before choosing Lemonade Pet Insurance. They make an already stressful situation even harder.
