Easy Navigation

The site was able to be navigated easily. The only issue I had is that I had previously requested a quote and when I attempted to retrieve the application through the link in that email, I encountered only a spinning wheel. I started and completed a new quote request.

I am happy that Fetch updates me with both emails and texts when I file my claims. I almost missed something recently, and the email was very detailed in the headline that I had documents that hadn't loaded properly, and if I hadn't seen that email, I might have missed my window for a claim.
